If you're taking part in a training program then you've got a reason for doing it - either you want to look bettter, you want to perform better or you want to feel better. It's pretty simple.
We deliver results. We know this because we track everything - performance, mood, appearance etc.
Here's a demonstration of the reults one of our clients achieved in a relatively short time-frame of 8 weeks. You can see that we were able to drop his bodyweight by 4kg but increase his 5 Rep max on the Overhead Press, Back Squat and Floor Press considerably. This translates to an impressive gain in relative strength.
