The first thing to do is email us or phone to arrange a completely free one-to-one initial consultation.
At the consulation we'll explain a little more about what we do and our philosophy. We'll then find out as much about you as possible - your goals, dreams, motivations and fitness history.
We'll then do a short fitness workout to assess your current fitness level and then we'll debrief you and outline our plans for your development.
Should you decide to employ our services, we'll decide which areas you want us to advise on and go from there.
You simply book in for as many sessions as you like however often you want.
Pricing
A single one-to-one session is priced at £30.
We offer discounts for booking multiple sessions and by doing this session prices can be reduced to as little as £20.
