So, we can design a tailor-made program for you, but without accountability there is little chance of you sticking to our advice.
From experience, if you aren't accountable to someone else to make sure you keep on track, its just too easy to say "i'll do it tomorrow" or "it won't hurt to miss one workout", too easy to zone out in front of Lost or Heroes on TV or meet up with friends.

Here is How the Program Works
All you need to do is pick a plan below and when I receive notification of payment I will email you a discovery profile questionnaire to record all of the information that I need to get started on your program.
Once returned, if I need any further detail, I'll drop you a line via email .
It will take between five and seven days for me to design your program and for it to appear in your inbox. Seem like along time? This is because this is a fully personalised, custom program and these things take time and effort - exactly the things you are paying for. Your patience will be worth it.

Once you start your program you will need to keep a training journal - just a Word document or Notepad file where you log your wokouts and any comments. You will need to email to me weekly for my review.
Throughout the program, you can email me anytime you have queries, need some motivation or have any problems. Please note however that it is your responsibility to send across your journal (and to be honest) and to flag up any issues as soon as they come up.
You will always get a reply within 24 hours or an acknowledgement if the query will take a little longer to resolve. If you don't hear back from me within this timescale then it is an email problem as punctuality and customer service are at the top of my list of priorities.

Q: Do I need to have equipment to sign up for your program?
A: No, it is possible to get amazing fitness and strength without equipment. I'll design a program that uses whatever equipment you do have access to even if that's just the floor and a wall.
Q: Do I have to be a member of a gym to sign up for your program?
A: No. At some point you'll want to consider purchasing some form of weights and a pull-up bar, but even they aren't 100% necessary.
Q: Is nutrition and supplement information included in the service?
A: Yes. This is a complete service and I will look at all aspects of your training, nutritional and lifestyle. Supplement may be recommended, but not until you have your basic nutrition dialled in.
Q: Is a three month program simply one program with three months of consulting?
A: No. The program is outlined at the start, but the details are developed as the program progresses. Typically this will be monthly to keep the variety going and the workouts fresh, but depending on how things go, I will make weekly changes based upon your training journal. Again, this is why your journal is vital to th ewhole process.
Q: Can I call you up to talk about the program?
A: Email only please for this service.
Email is much more efficient for the online program and keeps the cost down. Telephone consultations are only included in the Gold Medal Service - our flagship service.
You will not be disadvantaged in any way and all queries will be responded to fully.
Q: What if I don't know how to do the exercises that you recommend?
A: You will be sent full descriptions of the exercises and you are encouraged to email footage across with your weekly journal so that I can ensure correct technique is being applied. Also, if the exercise is not a fit, we will have you do something else. I recently had a guy with a broken ankle sign up and this obviously meant that some exercise were out. I made some modifications and he still managed to lose 6lbs in the first 2.5 weeks.
Q: People say I'm lazy and that I blame others for my problems. Will this service be suitable for me?
A: Hmmm. Only you know if you're gonna give your all and put the effort in. If you don't put the effort in, it'll show in your journal and you'll just be wasting your money as I'm not going to offer a refund to someone who doesn't comply with the program and then tries to pin the blame on me when I've put my valuable time and effort into your program.
Q: Are your programs suitable for women?
A: Most definitely. Women, men, kids, seniors - everyone :-)
Q: Aren't the prices a little high seeing as I don't see you in person?
A: I have spent 13 years, thousands of pounds and rivers of sweat and blood to acquire the knowledge I will use to design you an effective, personalised program that will enable you to achieve your goals. You also have unlimited access to me via email. That means that in theory you can email me every day and because I'm a decent human being I always reply personally. Just because you don't see me in person does not mean that I am not putting hours of valuable time into your development.
Q: I do not have a paypal account, can I send you a cheque?
A: Paypal only please unless you're in the UK in which case cheques can be made payable to Crossfit Westcountry and sent to our mailing address.
It's worth noting that you can pay by credit/debit card without having an actual Paypal account. Just add a program to the cart and click the "secure checkout" button. Once on that page, scroll to the middle and see the section that says 'I do not currently have a paypal account." Click the button there and you can use your credit card to sign up. It is very safe and secure.
Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A: If your follow my recommendations to the letter and email me your journal every week without fail and do not receive any results, I will offer you a refund or another month free.
Be honest with yourself and do not blame me for lack of progress when you are not following my recommendations.
Also, be realistic - do not expect to be an Olympic athlete in a month. Taking a long term approach is vital to building a strong body and maintaining your gains.
The refund request must be made within 30 days of starting the program.
