New to Crossfit?
Starting any new gym is daunting and jumping into group sessions before you’re comfortable with what you’re doing doesn’t help.
We want your Crossfit intro experience to be positive and so we ask all new clients to do three private sessions first to learn the movements, build some fitness and strength, and generally look like you know what you’re doing when you step into group training

What’s the cost?
Both the Personal Training and the group sessions are all included for £99 and after that you can choose the membership option that suits you best.
