How to get started
Getting started on your journey is a simple process.
Step 1 - Arrange to Come in for a Chat
The first step is come in for a free one-to-one consultation where we can discus your needs and decide upon the best course of action.
Step 2 - Choose Individual Training or Group Training
At your free consultation you will have decided whether 1-2-1 or group training is the best option for you.
The one-to-one sessions will be designed specifically for you and enable faster progress and more individual attention.
The group workouts involve following a "Workout of the Day" which all atheletes complete (scaled to their ability level). This is necessarily a more generalised approach, but is an effective and proven workout system that allows more cost-effective training without compromising too much on individual coaching. The groups are limited to 6 participantsl to enable a high level of attention from your coach.
Step 3 - Need Some Nutritional Advice?
Nutritional advice is charged at a rate of £99 for an initial consulatation and two month's ongoing support. This is usually only required as a one-off and includes shopping lists, meal planning and practical application help. Further consulting is charged on an hourly basis as per Personal Training
Please note that I do not charge for little questions asked now and again. The nutritional advice service offere a comprehensive overhaul of your dietary habits and the price reflects this.

Individually-booked 1-2-1 sessions: £30 each
Sessions booked in blocks of 8 or more sessions receive a 10% discount.
All sessions have a 1 month expiry limit.
Small Group Sessions (max 6 per group)
4 session block: £30
8 session block: £50
12 session block: £65
unlimited monthly attendance: £75
Group sessions are paid for monthly with fees being due on the 1st of each month. A pro-rata fee will be agreed for your 1st month.
Nutritional Consulatations
Two months ongoing monitoring and consultating: £99
