crossfit workout of the day

If you don't need the full-time support of our Gold Medal and PT services, then we run another option - the CrossFit Workout of the Day sessions.

Class Format

These are daily small-group sessions and conform to the following format:

  1. Warmup
  2. Focus Training for the Day i.e. technique work or a specific exercise that everyone needs work on, etc
  3. CrossFit Workout of the Day
  4. Cool Down

Class Details

CrossFit Workouts fuse elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and sprinting and can be scaled to any level.

If you're used to the typical gym workout of 40mins cardio and a few weight moves, these sessions will propel you to unbelievable levels of fitness and the sense of accomplishment from these workouts has to be felt to be believed.

Although these are group classes, you will still get personalised coaching and support from your instructor. This is the very reason that we limit our class sizes.

Our focus is on making you a better athlete and making you healthier - we have found that, by focusing on health and performance, we can provide higher motivation and enjoyment than by simply focusing on whether weight has been gained or lost. 

We have also found that ironically it is this approach that provides the better results in terms of body-fat loss and muscle gain.

As with all of our options, you will need to sign up for a free one-to-one consulation session so that we can explain a little more about what we do and see what level you're at.

At the consulation we'll explain a little more about what we do and our philosophy. We'll then find out as much about you as possible - your goals, dreams, motivations and fitness history.

We'll then do a short fitness workout to assess your current fitness level and then we'll debrief you and outline our plans for your development and how this will work in a group setting.

Should you decide to employ our services, youu simply book in for as many sessions as you like however often you want.

Pricing

The actual amount for each person will vary according to the number of sessions you wish to attend each week.

Our Crossfit WOD sessions are designed to keep costs low for those who are after a regular workout solution and therefore prices are discounted for those who attend more sessions per week.

Unlimited monthly attendance is £75 per month which is astounding value and works out to as little as £3 per session.
