We’re here to help. Sometimes you just need to work intensively with someone who knows what they’re doing.

Truly Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are conducted 1-2-1 in a gym with just you and your coach. Most gyms offer “private” training but this is usually still done in the main gym where everyone can still see you working out. Maybe you’re just getting back into fitness and want to focus on what you’re doing without being distracted by other people or maybe you just don’t want to feel like you’re being watched while you train. Either way we’ve got your back.

Your Coach

I’ve worked as a successful personal trainer and fitness coach for 10 years now, having been the owner, manager and Head Coach of Crossfit Westcountry. In that time I’ve worked with well over 100 people from a wide variety of backgrounds including military and police, nurses and doctors, martial artists and fighters, elderly people, overweight people, people with health issues, athletes from a variety of sports, and those who simple want to improve their physique and general fitness.
What I wanted to create is a very personal service with much closer communication and interaction between you the client/athlete and me, your coach.   Improving your fitness, physique and health is a step-by-step process that requires CONSTANT feedback and adjustment to ensure that everything you do leads to the desired result.   When we work together, you can expect me to take a detailed look at your current physical condition, see where you need to be and then put together a bespoke program that includes free weights, basic bodyweight progressions, and cardio work in the right doses to get you to where you want to be.  Alongside this we’ll work together on your diet/nutrition and lifestyle habits to make sure everything is working synergistically. The process should be challenging, rewarding and occasionally you might even find it fun”


Our personal training packages include:

  • 1-2-1 training sessions
  • Nutritional coaching
  • Progress tracking
  • Contact between sessions via online messaging

All packages are monthly payments and based upon 1-2-1 sessions conducted per month. 12 private sessions per month including nutrition coaching etc – £399 per month via Direct Debit 8 private sessions per month including nutrition coaching etc – £299 per month via Direct Debit
