Crossfit Westcountry (CFW) is a fitness, strength and conditioning facility located in Totnes, Devon that provides cutting-edge training for a wide array of people from men and women looking to get back into shape to those whose careers depend on their fitness such as Athletes, Police Officers, Army Recruits and Naval Officers.
Owned and managed by Coach Chris Longley, CFW offers personal training and coaching to individuals and small groups. Our training philosophy is based upon the following principles:-

Training Options
We offer two training options:-
- Personal Training - This training option gives your 100% of your Coach's attention and is completely personalised.
- Group Training - This option will have you training in a small group of up to 6 people. The benefit of this option comes from the increased motivation of working with others, without sacrificing all of the benefit of personal coaching.
