If haven’t yet tried CrossFit and you’re looking to give it a go, then you can contact us now and try out our group coaching and training completely free until the end of March.

1730-1830 Every Weekday
1300-1400 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
1915 Thursday
1000 Sunday (Open session)

If you have 2 or more friends who’d like to come along and the listed times don’t suit you, let me know and I can arrange additional sessions for you.

Jiu Jitsu + Our Training = Winning!

Vikki Training BJJ

Saturday 4th February saw the “Spartan Grapple Challenge 7″ – a No-Gi Grappling Competition – kick off in Bristol and we had two of our regular trainees fighting – Vikki Todd and Geraldine Tapia.

These two ladies both train BJJ at the awesome FightWorx Academy in Torquay – the best BJJ and MMA club in the area in our opinion.

We’ve been working with them to improve General Strength, Explosive Power, BJJ Specific Strength & Power and Power Endurance.  When layered on top of the excellent skill training done at FightWorx, it’s definitely paid off with….(drum-roll please)….

…Vikki getting a Gold medal in her category…and…

…Geraldine coming home with a Silver from her first ever competition.

Very impressive results – keep up the hard work on the mat and in the gym with us :-)
